Damages, Issues & Returns
We want you to be happy with your order! Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item and we will correct it immediately.
Because each item is made with care and often in small batches, all sales are considered final. However, we’re always happy to work with you if something isn’t quite right.
For returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
We review all return requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
